This simple neck piece designed by Cheryl Marling makes quite a fashion statement with its asymmetrical neckline. It's perfect for our San Diego weather and is a must-have accessory for our winters.

Class 1:

We'll cast on and learn to cable stitch.

Class 2:

Return with cable portion completed, prepared to finish the asymmetrical neckline, and to pick-up the closure stitches and sew on closure.

• personal printout of free Tudora Neckwarmer pattern from Knitty.com (not provided by The Grove)
• 1 skein DK or aran-weight yarn
• 24" circular needle appropriate to gauge
• 1 set of corresponding double-pointed needles
• 1 button
• needle & thread
• tapestry/yarn needle
• tape measure
• scissors or yarn cutter
