Skill Level: Beginner, Easy, Intermediate, or Experienced

Lorie Ruskin, a highly skilled knitter and phenomenal Pilates instructor will apply Pilates principles to the art of knitting.

We'll be doing most of the exercises sitting down (so no need to wear workout clothes or bring mats). You will not sweat, either!

Lorie will help us to:

• loosen our shoulders, neck and upper back for knitting,
• locate abdominal muscles to help support our bodies while knitting, and
• how to have a knitting posture that does not create muscle tension in our neck shoulders and back.

We have only 12 seats available and pre-registration is required. So do call soon!

Materials

• yarn
• knitting needles (to practice your correct posture)
