A Unique Opportunity

The Grove provides a space-sharing opportunity for small vendors looking to expand their market in the San Diego bungalow community of South Park. (Browse our list of vendors.)

Staffing

We staff The Grove with friendly, knowledgeable personnel who will be able to answer customers' questions about your products.

Hours of Operation

Open 6 days per week: Tuesday - Sunday, 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM; closed Mondays.

Extended shopping hours during December; shortened hours during some summer months.

Restocking

Your only obligation is to display and restock your merchandise weekly.

Rent Options and Fees

• $350.00 per month for a designated area of approximately 100 square feet and 15% of sales to The Grove;
• or $250.00 placement fee and 15% of sales to The Grove (no designated area; limited to space available)

Term Length

3 month commitment renewable by agreement 30 days before expiration of initial 3-month period.

Deposit

First and last month rent/fees due upon signing license agreement.
